BCBS Job Opening: Front Office and Course Manager

BCBS is looking for a sincere dharma practitioner to join our staff and live at the study center. The position requires someone who is committed to service, flexible, easy-going, multi-talented, and self-motivated.

This is a fulltime, 35 hour per week residential position. Staff members are expected to make an 18-month commitment. Compensation includes a modest salary, excellent health benefits, housing & partial board, retirement benefits, and generous paid time off. Staff members are also eligible to participate in all BCBS and IMS programs, including the Staff Sangha program.
