Éowyn Ahlstrom first encountered meditation and yoga more than twenty years ago and has been practicing avidly ever since. She is an instructor in the Stress Reduction program at the Center for Mindfulness and teaches mindful movement regularly at the Insight Meditation Society. Her approach to practice and teaching is holistic, with a strong emphasis on embodiment. Silent retreat remains a priority for Éowyn, who devotes at least one month each year to that way of practice.
